Placement of Tandem-Talk Headset


Hold headset with your hand as if it was a telephone
Place earbud inside the ear canal
Fold outer ear down. Slide earhook over it and against head
Adjust microphone so that it is close to lips
Place glasses on after fitting headset
Put helmet on
Helmet straps will now secure the headset in place.

Optional Velcro Placement

A piece of velcro was enclosed with your Tandem-Talk. This optional step helps secure the cable to the captain's helmet. It is not used with the stoker's helmet. Cut a 1/2 inch of velcro (hook part) and place it on the back of the helmet as shown below. Wrap the velcro (loops or soft) around the wire about 5" from the headset.
