Each glove is powered by a small SUPERMAX (Ni-MH) 4 oz. battery. The three power settings provide 86 degree heat for 13 hours, 98.6 degree heat for 5.6 hours and 131 degree heat for 2.4 hours. The Zanier Heated Gloves are the first ever heated glove featuring adjustable processor controlled heating with the leading edge efficient lightweight power provided by rechargeable NiMH batteries. The heated gloves are designed to help prevent hands, fingers and thumbs from getting cold thus the increased comfort level permits activity that would not otherwise be possible. Improvement in the quality of life is a great thing! The gloves are not a toaster nor designed so that you actually feel heat. If you do feel heat, the setting is too high since it would be above body temperature or around 100 degrees and not desired, not the goal, nor necessary any more than heating your house to 100 degrees! Most use the number 2 setting with an occasional burst of heat from number 3 should additional heat be needed. Enjoy up to 1,000 recharges and in warmer weather remove the batteries and use as a regular glove. |

Choose the larger size if you fall between two of them. There is NO difference in the Men's or Women's glove design, only sizing. Some small men order Ladies sizes and some Women order Men's sizes.
