Add S&S threaded torque couplers to any one of our road or all-terrain designs, and you get suitcase convenience and Meridian performance — at a lower cost than comparable uncoupled tandems. Once tightened, the six stainless couplers make the frame as strong as welded. Loosen them and your lightweight tandem will fit into an airline regulation-size box (26”x26”x10”).
Attaché models are constructed of Meridian-exclusive oversize double-butted, chrome-moly tandem tubing, offering noticeable gains in stiffness, resilience, and superior handling over common chrome-moly tandems.
